Rooibos Superior – African Red Bush 125g

Rooibos is not a tea, but some other plant, cultivated in south Africa, it’s a red bush. Because of its taste, it’s often called rooibos tea, South African red tea or just red tea. It’s an unusual, bitterless, honey flavored drink.
Rooibos has many health-promoting properties. It’s rich in antioxidants, which make it have a very positive effect on immune system, it slows down the aging process and it has anti-cancer properties. It also helps dealing with inflammation states and is anti-diabetic, it’s a source of vitamin C, potassium, zinc, copper, manganese, magnesium and other minerals. It’s also theine free, which means that it doesn’t stimulate energy and can be drunk by pregnant women and children before sleep.
