Medium / American roast

Medium roasting (American) is an ideal solution for those, who aren’t scared of delicate acidic coffee, but also expect some strength. It’s a suitable roasting level for alternative brewing methods – dripper, AeroPress or French Press.

It’s a good choice, if you want something between medium dark (Vienna) roasting level and light roasting level, that results in – unacceptable by many coffee lovers – high acidic level.

Remember that, you can choose which roasting level you want for every coffee – but you have to order at least 1kg of that specific coffee.
