Full city / Vienna roast
A default and usually recommended by farmers for most coffee beans – medium dark (Vienna) roasting level. You don’t have to worry – almost all coffees offered in mass market are roasted in this level.
This roasting level reduces the natural acidity of coffee beans and enhances nutty-chocolate notes. If roasted well, it leaves noticeable natural coffee bean notes from specific regions, e.g. stone fruit, flowers, citruses or tobacco.
These coffees are very good material for espreso, they also compose with milk very well. Everyone who likes „classic” coffee taste and intenste chocolate espresso will be satisfied.
Remember that, you can choose which roasting level you want for every coffee – but you have to order at least 1kg of that specific coffee.
