Mexico Esmeralda comes from the most reputable cultivation region – Oaxaca province. It’s an excellent and universal Arabica.
Esmeralda has a technical SHG EP. First 3 letters stand for “strictly high grown” – that means only Arabica that grows at the height of at least 1350m AMSL. In these conditions coffee beans have a deeper flavor. EP letters mean European market exporting (which means that after sorting, only the best beans are chosen).
Esmeralda is a Bourbon Arabica. It has a sweet, a bit nutty and flowery flavor and intense, light flowery aroma. It has low acidity and balanced body.
