Ethiopia Sidamo comes from a region, where coffee trees appear naturally till this day. It’s cultivated with traditional methods and is harvested manually by skilled, professional workers. “Coffee fruits” are then worked on in local processing station. Sidamo is one of our favorite coffees for delicate espresso. It has sensible citrus notes (which are common among African coffees) and also nutty-berry notes.
