A great Cold Brew starting kit – for “brewing” cold coffee.

Brewing coffee with cold water keeps its delicate flavor and eliminates sour acids and oils, which appear in higher temperature brewing. High quality mesh filter keeps the clarity of prepared drink. Cold “brewing” brings out much more original aroma notes from coffee, but requiers more patience, as the coffee needs to rest for 12 hours.

How to cold brew a coffee using Mizudashi Coffee Pot? Prepare coarsely ground coffee (~5-6g for 100ml of water), put through the sieve, pour with cold water and put ino the fridge for at least 12 hours.
Done! A refreshing cold bew coffee is waiting for you!
