Moka Induction percolators are used in the same way as classic Moka Express percolators – Just pour cold water inside, put the sieve, put ground coffee inside. Then, you have heat it up. Boiling water will turn into steam, that will pass through sieve and condense in the top side of the percolator as a real Italian espresso.
The bottom container of the peroulator is made out of steel and the top one – aluminum.
Moka Induction percolators can be used on any type of stoves or sources of heat/fire.
